Our Story

Secrets from Will’s & Sarah’s relationship: always make sure the other one eats every few hours. Compliment the home cooked food even if it’s mediocre. Never go down a black diamond ski trail at the end of the day.

Sarah Tilbor

Businesswoman by day, adventurer whenever there is time; Sarah was once called a “freight train” by her therapist. Known to family and friends as Scooter, Tilbs, Rah Rah, or just Sar, she has visited 25+ countries (and counting) and will always claim the aisle seat on a flight. She owns a ukulele but has yet to play a complete song — cheese boards and Annie’s mac & cheese are her specialty. With plans to hike 100 miles from France to Switzerland on the Haute Route, she loves a good wander! Pro sunshine.

Will Lindenthal

An engineer who firmly believes he can fix or build anything — because he usually can. A plane window seat enthusiast, he plays the ukulele but doesn’t own one and while he hasn’t had many nicknames, he is the fourth of his namesake. Will is at his best when making biscuits & gravy, sketching out plans for building a mahogany speedboat, or reading about the next beach to explore. He’s an appreciator of the journey and just fine with slower things like vinyl, homemade pasta, and road tripping. Pro sunscreen.

Backpacking in Nederland
Spontaneous Steamboat
A Month in Dana Point

After meeting in June 2021 and bonding over dreams of sailing and world travel, Sarah and Will set off on their first backpacking adventure together in Nederland—just the beginning of many explorations.

While Sarah loves a well-planned trip, Will booked their first flights together on a whim for a last-minute escape to Steamboat. It quickly became one of their favorite places.

Sarah had a previously planned trip to Dana Point, but after meeting Will, neither wanted to spend that much time apart. They road-tripped to California, where they met one of Sarah’s best friends, Megan Morrison—who will soon officiate their wedding.

Deals Gap Thrills
Love in Zion
Sailing the Virgin Islands

Will introduced Sarah to one of his favorite road trips—Deals Gap, North Carolina. There, she met his brother James and took the RX-7 for a drive on the curviest road in America.

With an incredible crew of adventurous friends, Sarah and Will canyoneered in Zion National Park for the first time—and somewhere between the rappels and river crossings, they exchanged their first “I love yous.”

On their first date, they talked about learning to sail. By Thanksgiving 2022, they made it happen—captaining a sailboat together in the US Virgin Islands.

Cosmo & Their First Home
Exploring Germany & Switzerland
Engaged Over Cappadocia

In 2023, Sarah and Will bought their first home together, and Sarah officially became a devoted cat mom to Cosmo Chaos Nibbler III, who quickly claimed every sunny spot in the house.

Their love for travel is rooted in the incredible people they meet along the way. In Germany, they celebrated Oktoberfest with Will’s friends before taking a train to Switzerland to meet one of Sarah’s dearest friends. A top moment was singing along with hundreds of people to John Denver’s “Country Roads” at a beerhall at Oktoberfest.

In January 2025, their travels took them to Turkey and Kenya. On a hot air balloon ride over the surreal landscapes of Cappadocia, Will proposed to Sarah with a handmade engagement ring—asking her to be his partner, friend, and wife.
